SPIRITUAL GIFTS: LEADERSHIP

Our desire is that every Christ-follower is an active member of a local church and to know what spiritual gifts God has given them for building up the church and the common good. Once you have an idea of how God has gifted you with unique manifestations of the Spirit, use the following next-step guide to help you develop and deploy your gifts as good stewards of God’s varied grace.

LEADERSHIP

The gift of leadership is the divine enablement to cast vision, motivate, and direct people to harmoniously accomplish the purposes of God.

HOW TO DEPLOY:

  • Let the leaders in your life know you might have the gift.

  • Put your hand up to be trained to lead a Life Group, this is always one of our primary needs.

  • Put your hand up to lead moments of prayer, calls to worship, input times etc...

  • Be attentive to God regarding ministries you could get involved in such as Kids Rock, or Ignite, Alpha or Paradigm Shift.
